Refund policy
30-Day Returns
Unopened Ghost Dust V2 can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email avarusclothing@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Refunds process within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo to avarusclothing@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it. No return needed.
Opened product
For hygiene reasons, opened product can't be returned. If something's wrong with your order, email us — we'll make it right.
How to start a return
- Email us your order number and what you're sending back.
- We'll reply with a prepaid label within 1 business day.
- Drop it off. Once it arrives, your refund goes out in 5–7 business days.
